William Andring (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of a referee which dismissed Claimants petition for compensation under the occupational disease provisions of The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act (Act).1 We reverse.
