ORDER SETTING CASE FOR TRIAL AND RULING ON PENDING MOTIONS
COLLINSON, District Judge.
This case involves seven claims of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (1970). Seven individual plaintiffs have joined their claims under the provisions of Rule 20(a), Fed.R.Civ.P. 1 The case was set for trial in April, 1977, but was continued upon application of both sides.
