Objections to the account of the executors herein were referred to a referee whose report is before the court on a motion to confirm and on exceptions thereto.
*846The record comprises 2,243 typewritten pages of testimony and 270 exhibits. Upon the hearing óf the exceptions to the referee’s report objectant’s counsel was granted by the court two and one-half hours for argument and expressed vigorous dissent from the direction of the court that his oral argument be then concluded.
