It appears from the record before us that one AVilliam L. Young, purchased a parcel of land in Prince George’s County some thirty-odd years ago. Without payingthe *426whole of the purchase money, he died, leaving a widow, one son and several daughters surviving him. Colon Omohundro, who married one of these daughters, procured in eighteen hundred and seventy-six, the money needed to pay off the balance due on the land, and having paid it, took to himself from his wife and the other children of William L.
