On February 13, 1973, a decree of divorce nisi was entered in a Probate Court which, among other things, awarded the plaintiff a lump sum of $3,000 as alimony in addition to a weekly sum of $75 for the support of the parties’ minor children. On August 20, 1980, the defendant filed a motion for relief from judgment under Mass. R.Dom.Rel.P. 60(b)(6) (1975), and also a complaint for modification.
