PUDLOWSKI, Judge.
A jury in the City of St. Louis convicted appellant of manslaughter, and he appeals to this court. The trial court sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to fifteen years imprisonment. His conviction is affirmed.
In his sole point on appeal, appellant complains that the court erred in failing to quash the jury panel after the prosecutor used five of his six peremptory challenges to remove all of the black venirepersons from the jury panel.
