Bln this appeal, Preston Russell seeks review of the trial court judgment denying his request for a rehearing. For the following reasons, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS/PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Mr. Russell filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, seeking to have the trial court order Arthur A. Morrell, the Orleans Parish Clerk of Criminal Court, to comply with Mr. Russell’s public records’ request.
