The complainants are executors of the estate of Richmond Kingman, and file the bill in this cause, asking a construction of his will that shall settle their power to make, execute, and deliver negotiable paper and pledges of the property of said estate that shall be binding upon said estate, for the purpose of extending indebtedness secured by such paper made by the testator, and also for the purpose of obtaining money wherewith to pay such maturing paper.
