The writ of certiorari herein was issued by this court upon petition of the Florida Motor Lines, Inc., to review an order of the Railroad Commission, made under Chapter 13700, Acts of 1929, permitting and requiring the Georgia-Florida Motor Lines, Inc., to substitute five twenty-four passenger busses for five seven passenger sedans in transporting passengers for hire on regular schedules over State Highway No. á between Jacksonville and Miami in Florida.
