OPINION and ORDER

CRABB, District Judge.

In this civil action for monetary relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff Roxian Brunner contends that her Fourth Amendment rights were violated when, on the night of July 31, 2004, defendant Patrick McKillip, police chief for defendant Village of Eleva, Wisconsin, arrested her without probable cause, used excessive force against her and maliciously prosecuted her. In her complaint, plaintiff asserted also that defendant McKillip violated her right to freedom of speech and freedom of association in unspecified ways and that he defamed her by falsely…
