— Reversing.

This appeal involves the Democratic nomination for sheriff of Bullitt county. The appellant, W. L. Roby, and appellee, J. W. Croan, were opposing candidates at the primary election held August 4, 1917, for said nomination. According to the finding of the election commissioners, appellee, Croan, received 713 votes, and appellant, Roby, 712 votes. The certificate of nomination was issued to Croan, and Roby filed a contest, alleging and relying upon several grounds.
