The motion for a preliminary injunction in this case was postponed by an agreement of the solicitors, to be called up ■at a future day. Answers having been filed, it was after-wards agreed that the cause should be submitted upon final hearing, and that upon such hearing a decree pro forma should he entered denying the right of the appellant to enforce his judgment, and that a perpetual injunction should be granted, from which said Brady was to appeal.
