OPINION
MARY PATRICIA GORMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon a Motion to Reconsider filed by the standing Chapter 13 Trustee, John H. Ger-meraad (“Trustee”). The Trustee seeks reconsideration of an Opinion and Order entered February 28, 2007, which, inter alia, approved confirmation of the Debtors’ First Amended Chapter 13 Plan over the Trustee’s objection. For the reasons set forth below, the Trustee’s Motion to Reconsider will be denied.
