This appeal is from a decree of disbarment. Appellant Avas associated Avith Golder & Felger, attorneys. In 1926, tbe firm took Mm in as “a sort of partner, a qualified partner.” In 1930, tbe name of tbe firm became Gartner, Felger & Lemiscb. Felger, tbe senior partner and “boss,” subsequently became ill and from July, 1933, until bis death in early December of that year was absent from the office. After bis death tbe firm continued as Gartner & Lemiscb and employed, among others, one Brodsky, a member Of tbe Bar.
