This is an appeal by the School District of the Borough of Tarentum from an order of the court of common pleas reversing the action of the board of school directors in dismissing appellee as a professional employee of that school district, and directing his retention. Appellant assigns as error the order of the court below. There are no separate assignments to findings of fact or conclusions of law. Hence they are not properly before this court. Bloom v.
