Appellant has appealed from the affirmance of the action of the board of school directors of the school district of Upper Tyrone Township, Fayette County, in discharging her as a professional employee of that school district. ■ Appellant had been employed as a teacher in the school district for approximately ten years, and was so employed under a contract on April 6, 1937, when the Act of the General Assembly of that date, P.
