MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTION
RAY REYNOLDS GRAVES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary proceeding is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment under Bankruptcy Rule 7056. After consideration of the papers filed in this adversary proceeding and in support of the motion as well as the parties’ briefs on the legal issues, the court denies the motion.
