Defendant was convicted of manslaughter * in the circuit court for Ontonagon county before a jury in September, 1964. He has taken this appeal and raised the following five questions for review: (1) Whether an accused must be fully advised of his rights and his right to counsel before an alleged confession is obtained from the accused. (2) Whether the same jury can determine the validity of an alleged confession and the guilt of the accused.
