This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the superior court of King county on the 2d day of January, 1902, in favor of respondent and against appellant, in the sum- of $6,090, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the respondent by reason of a defective sidewalk. This case was heretofore before this court, and was decided September 5, 1901. 26 Wash. 61.
