*665Defendant was charged with multiple crimes for an incident in which, following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, he drove his employer's truck into her parked car and then proceeded to hit another parked car as he was driving out of the neighborhood. Defendant claimed that the truck had malfunctioned and that he had not intentionally or recklessly driven into either parked car.
