This case has a long and convoluted history; the present amended complaint is the tenth in a series of suits, by one or both pro se plaintiffs, against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). 1 This and all previous actions appear to arise out of the FDIC’s failure to renew plaintiffs’ temporary appointments with the FDIC.
