FACTS

This pro se action for the violation of civil rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 is before the Court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff, Robert James Artis, claims that defendant police officers, Edward Liotard and John Calvello, arrested him on December 23, 1992 without probable cause.
