The defendant, Lorraine Petree, was charged in the district court of Canadian county with the crime of selling intoxicating liquor, to wit: one-half gallon of Choctaw beer, to one Weldon Smith, a minor child, 14 years of age; was tried, convicted by a jury, and was assessed by the court a fine of $100 and to serve a term of one year in the penitentiary, and has appealed.
No brief has been filed or oral argument made by the defendant or by the state. Under the rules of the court, we have examined the record to see if any fundamental error was committed in the trial of this case.
