PIERCE, Judge.

In this dissolution of marriage action, husband appeals from those portions of the judgment relating to property division and maintenance. We affirm.

The division of marital property is a matter committed to the sound discretion of the trial court, and will be altered on review only if that discretion has been abused. In re Marriage of Graham, 194 Colo. 429, 574 P.2d 75 (1978).
