The issue presented in this case is whether an educational degree constitutes marital property subject to division upon dissolution of marriage, overruling Graham v. Graham, 194 Colo. 429, 574 P.2d 75 (1978), or in the alternative, if an educational degree is not marital property, whether the wife was entitled to maintenance under the facts of this case, including the contributions made by the wife towards her husband’s education.
