After stating the case, as above recited, the opinion proceeded as follows: ■
The appellate power of this court in relation to the Circuit Court for the District of Columbia is regulated by the act of Congress of February 27, 1801. And% it authorizes the writ of error to the Circuit Court'in those cases only in which there has been a final judgment, 'order, or decree in' that court.
