MEMORANDUM OPINION
(August 5, 2003)
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings or in the alternative for summary judgment. For the following reason, the Court will grant Defendant’s motion.
On April 28, 1995, Plaintiff presented herself to the Juan F. Luis Hospital (“hospital”) complaining of body aches and pain and was treated in the emergency room by Defendant.
