— This action was brought to recover $1,000 damages for a personal injury alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff, based upon the negligent and defective construction of the scaffold alleged to have been erected by the appellants during the construction of what is known as the Elks’ Temple, in the city of Moscow, Latah county, Idaho.
