The first of these cases was tried before the mayor of the village of Struthers in Mahoning county, and the second was first tried in the municipal court of the city of Youngstown. Both were liquor cases, in violation of ordinances of the village of Struthers and the city of Youngstown, respectively. The defendant was found guilty in each case, and error was prosecuted to the court of common pleas of Mahoning county, where the judgments were reversed.
