The plaintiff, W. PI. Quinette,. brought three actions, one against the Phoenix Insurance Company of Brooklyn, N. Y., one against the Mercantile Fire & Marine Insurance Company of Boston, and one against the Queen Insurance Company of America, upon insurance policies-for the sum of $2,500 each, issued on a stock of merchandise located at Manitou, Okla., which .was destroyed by fire. While the actions were brought separately, it was agreed among the parties that all three of the cases should be tried together on the same evidence, and that the jury should return separate…
