The testator, Henry W. Bookstaver, died on September 21, 1907, survived by his widow, aged seventy-two, and a daughter, the defendant Mary A. Knoblauch, aged thirty-two, who is married, but without issue. The estate of the testator amounted to about $100,000, and by paragraph 2 of his will he devised his entire estate to his widow “for her use and behoof during her natural life, she to have absolute control and disposal of all the income to be derived therefrom and so much of the principal as she may deem necessary for her comfortable sustenance and *101support.” Upon the decease of testator’s…
