This appeal comes to this Court from the Court of Common Pleas for York County wherein appellant brought an action alleging that it was a holder in due course of a promissory note secured by a real estate mortgage alleged to have been executed by respondents, Luther E. Conner and Frances B. Conner, to the' Southern Roofing and Siding Company, Inc., which was duly assigned to appellant.
