Proceeding initiated in this court pursuant to subdivision 4 of section 6510 of the Education Law to review a determination of the Board of Regents suspending petitioner’s license to practice nursing for a period of four months. Petitioner was licensed as a practical nurse in 1957 and as a registered professional nurse in 1977.
