Petitioner, Willie Edwards, who is now serving a term in the State Penitentiary at Mc-Alester, has personally filed in this court a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Since filing his petition, he has employed counsel, and this case has been well briefed by both counsel for petitioner and the state.
