The plaintiff, Rossy Coyante, filed a complaint against the defendants, Puerto Rico Ports Authority (“Ports Authority”) and Mangual Maintenance Services, Inc. (“Man-gual”), seeking damages she claims to have suffered as a result of slipping and falling on certain premises allegedly owned or controlled by the defendants.
