OPINION
PARKS, Presiding Judge:
The appellant, Walter A.D. Howard Ha-gler, Jr., was charged, tried, and convicted in the District Court of Payne County, Case No. CRF-82-453, of the offense of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute. His sentence was fixed at a term of three and one-half (3½) years in the State Penitentiary. We affirm.
