OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

{1} Worker’s widow and personal representative, Appellant Sally Jackson, appeals from a Workers’ Compensation Administration denial of benefits. This appeal requires this Court to determine if an insurer is liable for payment of a lump sum payment under NMSA 1978, § 52-5-12(C) (2003) when the worker dies more than two years after a work-related injury. We are also asked to review an agreement which provided Worker with a one-time payment for medical care relating to housing under NMSA 1978, § 52-1-49 (1990).
