JACOBS, Circuit Judge.

Patrick Jackson appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kaplan, J.) convicting him following a jury trial on two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm or ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Count One charged Jackson with possessing ammunition found on his person; Count Two charged Jackson with constructively possessing a firearm recovered from under the driver’s seat of a car he owned and was driving. Jackson was sentenced as an armed career criminal pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)…
