On September 22, 2010, U.S. Bank National Association filed its motion in this case seeking relief from the automatic stay provisions of § 362 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. 101 et seq. in order to foreclose its mortgage on property of the debtor in Lowell, Massachusetts.
