McKenna, District Judge.

This is an action in equity, in which the plaintiff seeks the following relief:(a) A judgment of the court determining that the 1920, 1921 and 1922 taxes are not liens upon a quarter section of land in Bowman county, North Dakota.(b) For a writ directing and compelling the county auditor to correct the records of his office to show that said taxes have been paid.(c) For an injunction restraining the county auditor from taking any further proceedings to enforce the collection of said taxes by the issuance of a notice of expiration of redemption, or from issuing any deed…
