POPOVICH, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant Jimmie Johnson appeals from the judgment of sentence entered November 19, 2001, in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, following his conviction for criminal trespass and receiving stolen property (RSP). Upon review, we reverse the judgment of sentence.
¶ 2 On the afternoon of June 12, 2000, Appellant was seen leaving a house located at 420 Ritner Street in Philadelphia.
