Appeal from a judgment of Oneida County Court (Dwyer, J.), entered September 12, 2002, convicting defendant after a jury trial of, inter alia, burglary in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25 [2]) and grand larceny in the third degree (§ 155.35).
