In this original proceeding in mandamus, petitioners, McKinley Trent, Trustee, and McKinley Trent, in his own right, seek a writ requiring the Judge of the Circuit Court of Cabell County to enter a decree in their favor, granting all the relief sought in a chancery cause pending in that court, wherein petitioners herein and Frances Anne Trent, McKinley H.
