OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Virginia Lynn Kitchen, appeals from the September 7, 2006 decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas affirming the decision of the Board of Education of the Fairfield City School District to terminate her employment contract.1 For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the decision of the common pleas court.
