The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Canadian county on a charge of unlawfully manufacturing intoxicating liquor and his punishment fixed at a fine of $50 and to be confined in the county jail for 30 days.

The defendant complains that the information is insufficient to charge an offense. The information alleges:
