American Bank Trust v. First Nat'l Bank of Paris

The appellee bank filed an action in the chancery court of Logan County for judgment against Thomas B. Harris on a note executed by Harris to the bank, and for foreclosure of a mortgage given to secure the same and executed and filed for record on December '24, 1926. Appellee bank alleged among other things that appellant bank and trust company was claiming some interest in the property secured by the mortgage, and asked that it be made a party to the action.
