This is an application for a mandamus to compel the circuit judge to vacate an order requiring the relator to produce certain papers to enable the defendants in a suit brought by relator to prepare for their defense.
The suit was brought upon a bond given by Alpheus G. Smith as principal and Jonathan Boyce and Charles D.
