RIDGELY, Justice:
Dr. Frances Angstadt appeals from the Superior Court’s decision granting summary judgment in favor of Red Clay Consolidated School District on her complaint alleging wrongful termination of employment as a teacher. Dr. Angstadt contends that the School District did not substantially comply with the procedural requirements of 14 Del. C. § 1410(b) in its decision not to renew her employment contract.
