MYERS, District Judge.
On a former hearing in this proceeding, defendants then before the court were held liable proportionately for the added liability to depositors in Peoples State Bank, a banking corporation of the state of South Carolina, on stock issued to Peoples Investment Company, and standing on the books of the bank in the name of the Investment Company when the bank closed December 31, 1931, by reason of insolvency.
