Presently before the Court is the plaintiffs’ Order to Show Cause seeking a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure enjoining defendants Gary Konstantin (“Kon-stantin”), Rahim Ali (“Ali”), Reliance Mortgage Corp., Reliance Mortgage Banking Corp.
